10 Steps to Setting Full Moon Intentions

1. Clearing/Grounding with prayer: I use Palo Santo.

2. Breathing: Long exhales with one hand on belly and other on heart, long inhales breathe in through nose and out through mouth. Finish with hands on heart in gratitude.

3. Write today’s date and: These things, or something better, now manifests for the highest good of all concerned.

4. Write a list of no more than 10 affirmation as if you already have what you want. I am, instead of I want.

5. VISUAL AS YOU WRITE EACH AFFIRMATION. DREAM GINORMOUS.

6. FEEL as if these are your truths NOW so that all of your energy will align with all of God’s creation to manifest what you have decreed over your life.

7. Meditate over your affirmations.

8. Say a closing prayer.

9. Declare your affirmations daily and visual them.

10. Let things happen. Do not try to control outcomes. Listen for confirmations of alignment. And GIVE THANKS as you are on the journey!
