Do your clothes come in different colors?
Nope. Just black and white. We like simple.

What are your tees made of?
Our pre-shrunk, unisex, ring spun-tees are made of heavier cotton and both the neckline and sleeves are double stitched to enhance their durability.  

Are your clothing items fitted or loose?
It depends on the size you order.  Our unisex tees are made to order in sizes Small to 3XL and are true to fit.  For a looser fit, we recommend you purchase one size up.  Our founder is 44DD, 5'10" and currently weighs 183 pounds. She wears medium when she wants a nice fit (and the bottom of the tee falls just beneath her cheeks). She wears a large when she wants to tie that side knot! See our size chart for details.

Will my clothing article fade?
While nothing lasts forever, our tees do a pretty good job of holding up for lots of wear and washes. 

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yup. For clothing items: Here they go! (We aren't screaming.  We just want to make sure you see them.)

  • MACHINE WASH COLD ONLY
  • USE MILD DETERGENTS
  • NO BLEACH
  • NO FABRIC SOFTENERS
  • DO NOT DRY CLEAN
  • DRY ON LOW SETTINGS
  • DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON DESIGN

For weekender and tote bags:  Hand wash or dry cleaning only.  Our founder uses hand sanitizer with a toothbrush to remove scuff marks.

You have my coins.  When will I get my items?
Domestic US orders are shipped flat rate via USPS within 7-10 business days. Our dresses are fulfilled internationally at this time.  Therefore, while they will leave the facility within 7-10 business, delays in customs are possible and are beyond our control.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of dresses. You will get an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If you opt in during the checkout process, you can receive continuous tracking updates via text as soon as your order has shipped.

International orders ship 21 days+ depending on customs processing and destination. International orders will receive shipment confirmation.

I ordered the wrong stuff. Can you hook me up with an exchange?
Nope. Our items are custom printed when you place your order, so we cannot accommodate requests for exchanges. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions. Check out our full refund policy.

Y'all sent me the wrong thing!  Can I get the right thing?
Sure. In the event we make an error, that's our bad! We don't settle and neither should you.  Contact us directly at contact@lifestylebysuncera.com so we can make it right.  

I changed my mind as soon as I hit that payment button.  Can I cancel or change my order?
Hit us up.  Either through the contact form or directly at contact@lifestylebysuncera.com. We will do our best to help you. The sooner you get to us, the better - because once your order has processed, there's not much we can do to stop it from printing. Check out our full refund policy.

Can I get a free sample?
Nope. But if you sign up for email alerts you will be the first to hear about giveaways and discount codes.
